Golfers Lose Weight With Simple Nutrition Tips

Golfers need to lose weight! The average golfer is 20 or more pounds over weight. This is not good for your health and your game. I’m not here to lecture, but want to show you how simple tips can help you lose weight fast!

Let me start off saying, “don’t go on a DIET!” Diets don’t work! If they did there would be ONE!

Secondly, don’t have the attitude “I’ll give it a try”. There’s no conviction in those words. You’ll fail before you start. You MUST have firm and positive words in your goals. For example, “I am going to lose 5 pounds in 30 days”. “I am going to eat better every day”. “I am going to be successful no matter what”.

See how the above statements have no second-guessing in them? Try and hope are words that should not be in you vocabulary. They are feeble and failure-oriented. Instead… words like “I will”, “I am going to”, are more success-minded.

Do you see where I’m going with this? Now on to a nutrition tip.

Change one eating habit right now! Not tomorrow. Not next week. Right now!

What is one of your vices? A sugared desert every night after dinner?

Starting today you are going to replace it with a sugarless, low-fat snack.

You can eat sugar-free jello or pudding which is real tasty. Or the best choice is a piece of your favorite fruit. Cantaloupe. Banana. Strawberries.

You will do this every day until it becomes a habit. Then it’s on to the next habit change.
