		<description>For golf, the best exercise is the long through-pull.  It's done with a combination of elastic bands and garlic extract.  You smear the garlic on the elastic band, and then jam the band as far into your mouth as possible, then rip it back out forcefully and repeat until you don't even like golf any more.</description>
