How many times have you wished and dreamed of a bigger backswing and it just didn’t happen? Do you really think more lessons or hitting balls will help you achieve this? Wrong!

It’s your body’s range of motion specific to your backswing that’s causing this. You have minimal rotational flexibility in your core.

This time it’s your hamstrings (back of your upper leg). This muscle group is the critical component to help you stay in your golf posture. If they are weak and/or tight, you will come out of your swing forever!

    Golf is a good exercise it help spinal strength, good cargio exercie and Muscle strength
